 Case Study CRM - Mortgage Needs of ‘Astonish’

CHALLENGE :
Our client, ‘Astonish Results’ active in the mortgage sector wanted a robust web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to track, consolidate and classify millions of leads in the most effective manner. The challenge was that the CRM solution had to empower loan officers collect, sort out and pursue leads, maintain a data base of potential leads and categorize leads as ‘prospective’, ‘sales-ready’ and ‘qualified’ opportunities. The CRM had to send automated high end email campaigns thru the Email Marketing System to prospective leads. Moreover each email sent from the CRM tool had to be tracked to ensure proper follow-up. An additional requirement of the client was that state specific campaigns had to be designed for the whole of the USA. Different mortgage fields had to be incorporated in the CRM suite that would also track financial information of the leads to help in the mortgage procedure.

SOLUTION :

The mortgage loan officer could maintain a day to day record of communication with customers.
