CHALLENGE:
Client wanted to develop a portal that would facilitate online distance learning. The proposed system would provide online learning to the subscribed users of a course. The system would allow user to keep track of all the modules, which are part of a course and all information related to a user and course opted by him. The challenge was to develop a comprehensive online training tool to effectively train different employees and disciplines within the medical field.

RESPONSE:
The iLearn developed by Leo TechnoSoft allows an admin to manage users under the respective courses. The admin can d/modify/delete/view jobs. The admin can also add/modify/delete/view courses under a job. It also facilitates an admin to add/modify/delete/view lessons under a course. The Management of LMS items under lessons is also provided which further allows admin to add questions for the exercises. The courses can contain a combination of graphical elements toof graphical elements to enhance the learning process such as images, graphics, animations, interactive (clickable) Flash elements. A user can avail one course at a time. iLearn allows user to keep track of all the modules, which are part of a course. While studying the course, user can also manage notes for the particular topic. At the end of the course, user is supposed to attempt a test for that module. User will be given certificate of qualification for that module, subject to clearance of module test.
